COMPANY POLICIES

Payment Methods:

Pay by Visa, MC, American Express, Discover (through secured Pay Pal Button), When your order is placed with Pay Pal Buttons,
Pay Pal informs our company you have placed an order and we in turn will bill you through the secured lines of Pay Pal. We keep this
option due to the personalization of our company's products. Company Checks NO COD's. Checks require a minimum of 10 days to
clear before an order can be processed, if written in the U.S. Outside of the U.S. there is a 3 week waiting period for the check to
clear BOTH banks, before order is processed.

If using Credit Card: Card must clear both banks before order is begun. We will email you with approx. ship schedule.
WE ONLY COMPLETE ORDERS WHEN THE BILL TO AND SHIP TO ADDRESSES ARE THE SAME.

We ONLY accept U.S. Currency. Any checks must be from a U.S. Bank.

ALL PRICES ARE IN UNITED STATES DOLLAR (USD) AND IF YOU ARE ORDERING OUT OF THE U.S. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN YOUR
DOLLAR CURRENCY TO EQUAL UNITED STATES CURRENCY (USD). THERE WILL BE A $2.00 PROCESSING FEE FOR CONVERTING
TO US DOLLARS.

If you wish to pay by a cashier's check, we would have to wait approximately 3 - 4 weeks after receipt of the cashers' check (depending on where this check has
been written), for it to clear. Once it has cleared BOTH banks and no stop payment has been issued on it, we will then in turn complete your order. This
company policy is to halt any fraudulent checks, credit cards, etc. from fraudulent companies.

We DO NOT ship to Nigeria and other areas. Contact us if you are out of the U.S. to see if our company ships to your location. Our attorneys have advised of
this procedure and we feel it is necessary at this time to adhere to our lawyers advise. We can ship to your company in the US and then in turn, you can ship
where ever you would like the products to go.

DIGITIZING FEES ARE BASED ON STITCH COUNT OF YOUR DESIGN AND LOGO AND WILL BE QUOTED TO YOU WITHIN
APPROXIMATELY 2 - 4 WORKING DAYS (AND BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH OUR COMPANY). ALL VERBAL QUOTES ARE
FOLLOWED UP WITH A WRITTEN EMAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS OF ENTIRE ORDER AND OUR TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.

IF FREIGHT CHARGES OR TAX DO NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE BILLED/INVOICED SEPARATELY
ACCORDINGLY THROUGH THE SECURED LINES OF PAYPAL FROM US.

SAMPLE EMBROIDERED LOGO CAN BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR APPROVAL USUALLY IN 2 - 4 WORKING BUSINESS DAYS.
APPROXIMATE SHIP TIME WILL BE QUOTED TO YOU AFTER SAMPLE LOGO IS APPROVED.

UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE SOME PRODUCTS IN WHICH WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES INCLUDING
CUSTOM EMBROIDERY SUCH AS: TEXT, STOCK DESIGNS OR CUSTOM LOGOS ARE A FINAL PURCHASE. THAT IS WHY OUR
QUOTE TO YOU MUST BE APPROVED BY YOU BEFORE WE PROCEED WITH AN ORDER.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS SHIPPING FEES. ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST BE PREPAID BY
YOU.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE: To return a product, you must have a "Return Merchandise: Authorization (RMA) Number".
Please call or email sales@2kembroidery.com for that RMA #. Include your name, company name, address, email address, phone
number, invoice # and product you wish to return with the reason for that return. Our company will then in turn notify you by email
with an RMA #. Return Merchandise must be shipped prepaid with your RMA # clearly marked on the shipping label. We will NOT
accept shipment without RMA # on label.

ALLOWABLE MERCHANDISE: New merchandise (not altered in any way or soiled or embroidered on) are suitable for return for exchange or refund
within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the merchandise will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to use images of any items that we produce unless otherwise specified in writing at the time the order is placed.

The background pictures of all products and "available embroidery designs" have been modified by
Paint Shop Pro and does not reflect the true "smooth" edges of the product or embroidered design.

If you are ordering embroidery and fail to choose either a desired text style, thread color, or letter height, we will first try to contact you through e-mail
efforts for required specifications. If we are unable to reach you through e-mail, we will then complete your order with out most popular selection for that
option(s).

ORDER CONFIRMATION: When you place an order with us and your e-mail address is provided, we will e-mail you to confirm that your order and
payment information has been received. You will also be e-mailed immediately if there are any items on back ordered (usually within 1 - 2 working
business days) from your placement of order.
ACCURACY OF THREAD COLOR AND PRODUCT: 2K Embroidery has displayed as accurately as possible the colors and graphics of the
products that appear on this site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color and/or graphic will be accurate. The colors
shown on this site are for reference only. The colors that you will see will depend on your monitor and may be slightly different from the actual colors of
the product. We will have no liability whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit or otherwise, as a result of any variances between the
appearance of colors and/or graphics on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you from 2K Embroidery. By order through e-mail, web
site, phone, fax, and/or mail, you agree to all terms and conditions of 2K Embroidery.

We reserve the right to decline any order directed to our company before any processing fees are applied.

Many talented owners from all over the world have digitized all of the “Available Designs” that you have to choose from and the designs that are offered on our product line. The
rights to the designs themselves belong to the individual contributors.

We do NOT sell the individual designs; we only offer these as choices to choose from to be embroidered on our product line.

NOT SELL THESE DESIGNS - THEY ARE ONLY FOR YOU TO CHOOSE FROM TO BE EMBROIDERED ON OUR PRODUCT LINES.

Company Policies for 2K Embroidery

OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK, DIGITIZING LOGO, ETC.
Unless otherwise arranged prior to the production of any artwork, digitizing logo, CAD drawings, etc., created by 2K Embroidery for your order remains the
property of 2K Embroidery and will be maintained at our facility for our exclusive usage in executing your orders. We will not use if for any other company orders
or quoting policies. Because our policy is to render art/digitizing/etc. services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client of
rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees, commensurate with the creative services
rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.
